Can you buy tickets on the day for the Rink?
Yes you will be able to purchase tickets to the rink on the day via the Box Office.
Is there a cloakroom/Lockers?
Skate West End does not provide lockers or a cloakroom service. Any items not kept on your person can be left in the bootroom subject to space but at a customers own risk
How do I locate my lost property?

Why do your prices vary depending on the day I want to come?
We are offering a variety of price points, including Off-Peak, or Peak tickets, to help us manage periods of higher and lower demand.
Does the ticket buyer have to be at the event with me?
No, the ticket buyer does not have to be at the event. We do however ask that you have the ticket downloaded on your phone ready to be scanned by our staff. Please note all children aged 11 and under must be accompanied by someone over the age of 16.
I am running late for my session, what do I do?
We will, where possible, allow entry to the event should you be running late.
Are there any age restrictions?
All children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
What are the opening times?
4th November - 30th November
Monday - Friday: 12pm - 10pm
Saturday: 10am - 10pm
Sunday: 10am - 8pm
1st December - 1st January
Monday - Saturday: 10am - 10pm
Sunday: 10am - 8pm
Christmas Day: Closed
What do you class as a concession?
Concession ticket prices are available to OAPs, students, customers with a disability and under 16s. Proof of eligibility will required when you arrive.
Customers with additional/specific access requirements are usually eligible for a free companion ticket when purchasing for Underbelly's events. These can always be booked over the phone. Please call the box office directly on 0131 510 0395.
Who is eligible for the Local Residents Offer?
The Local Residents offer is available on
- all sessions from 4-30 November
- all sessions 26 December - 1 January
- 10:00, 10:45, 20:30 and 21:15 sessions between 1-24 December.
